That kid will never go anywhere with me EVER again

I took my nephew and one of his friends to Darien Lakes Fright Night last night (10/18). J was a total brat.
First off I told them I was taking care of the ride to and from, parking and admission and the haunted house for each of us. They we responsible for everything else. This kid brought NO money, for food or anything else, none. And then whined that he couldn't play at the penny arcade - which it turned out was ALL he wanted to do. He would go on no rides, and tired to make us feel guilty about going on the few we did. ( Bumper cars, Pirate Ship and Carousel a few times), he turned around and asked me for money for the penny arcade and for the "hammer" game,( the one you hit something and if it goes to the top you win) and for the guessing game ( they try to guess your age, weight, or birth month) and pouted when I said no. In fact this child spent more time pouting than most toddlers I know. He argued with D over the rules of the car too. LIke D does not know my rules after 15 years of living with them-sheesh.
He also spent time hinting that I should take him to Arby's *and* Dairy Queen.
Nothing we ever do for this child is enough. After we took him to see the lunar eclipse - he decided he didn't see enough of the rest of the museum, and wanted me to bring him back the very next day! Same thing with the zoo, demands to bring him back and pouting because he did not get to do what he wanted, when he wanted - when you go to the zoo with me ( on my dime) we take turns, one person sees what they want then the next and so on. J thought he should be the only one picking. And pouted because he was told that this was NOT what was going to happen.
The kid just does not know how to behave and it's not going to be my job to teach him. He just won't be going with me, ever again.
Need a Snow Day?
